    It IS extra work, but I am buying leafy greens as they are straight from the farmĀ and not in plastic pre-packaged baggies. Challenging? Yes. There are so many extra steps to an edible salad, but I am doing it!

    We are going to have a neighborhood shrinky dink party with #6 plastics that we have lying around! I am so excited!

    Getting my neighbors involved in the challenge has been a roller coaster! I was getting discouraged by all the Negative Nancys, but other neighbors came to the rescue and shot them down! It has started a great conversation throughout our community.
